Oh, it’s not from a book, but from one of the lectures he spoke in Systematic C (precisely 14:15 in track D10)

I will try to find out more from his book “The Social God and Relational Self: A Trinitarian Theology of the Imago Dei” and probably he would develop that statement a bit more there, or I might be able to see his arguments on that. I might need to borrow that CD from you later, saving your effort to dig out the necessary info for proper quotation. Sigh, Turabian!
