Just for the sake of it =)

Shot from the middle of the Peak 2 Peak Gondola ride (This is a 3km suspended cable, as high as CN Tower)
Aftermath:
I finally snowboarded again after my hip-joint injury in 2004. My doctor discouraged me from doing any extreme sports, lest I fracture my hip-joint again and it’ll be troublesome. Well, I had a lot of fun carving the snow, but my hip joint does feel kinda painful after I came down from the mountain (because I fell twice that twisted my leg a bit…) Now I’m gimping around. I hope it’s not the bones but just sore muscles around that area. It should go away in a week or so. Man, I should’ve done some strengthening exercises beforehand.
I guess fun always come at a cost. How much would you pay for that adrenaline speeding down the mountains on the verge of maintaining and losing control?
For me, running the risk of losing control is in some sense an excercise of faith. How so? Will blog more on that sometime later……

And I am at Detroit airport waiting for my connecting flight! Please say hello to your in-laws for me. : )
Have fun!
