Religious Pluralism: Is Christianity the only true religion?

This is exciting.

The next Greer-Heard Point-counterpoint Forum is scheduled for March 27-28, 2009, and it will “feature Paul Knitter of Union Theological Seminary and Harold Netland of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School as they dialogue the pressing theological, philosophical, missiological, and cultural issues pertinent to religious pluralism.  Is Christianity the only true religion?  Or is Christianity one of many equally valid cultural-religious responses to a Being who is wholly other?”

It is exciting to see these heavy-weight evangelical and non-evangelical scholars get in the ring and box it out. I wish I could go, but maybe listening to the MP3s afterwards is more economical.
